What people are saying about us

Commonly asked questions
What if I miss a day?
That is no worries at all. Life happens. If you miss one day and can’t do it later in the week then we suggest you just skip it for the week and pick it back up next week. If you consistently miss one of the days we recomment you try and stick with the same training days each week and try and still hit those consistently.
How much time do I need for a session?
We expect you to do it in about 60-75 min. This includes warm up. Give yourself 15 min more in the first week to get to know all the movements and get in the ryhtm.
What should I do for a warm-up?
The main goal of a warm up is as the name gives away warming up to avoid injury and ensure maximized success and effectiveness of the workout. A warm up should be short focussed and straight to the point.
Practice the movement patterns that will be trained in the workout mainly the A series exercise. This will be the most taxing and important exercise on the training day. Warm-Up by performing a light and quick version of the A series.
Can I do the A series second if the equipment is taken and do the B sersie first?
We always prefer you do the A series first. This is the main focus of the day, so if you have to wait 5 minutes to start we suggest you do that. Or ask to share the machine in question (ask politely of course). That said, if you have to wait more than 20 min for the equipment to free up you can choose to do the B series first.
Meet the man behind your program
This is Stephan
