Program Information
Who is it for?
Anyone that wants to work on their Crossfit to the next level. We expect you to have mastered the basic movements of Crossfit and that you are used to doing the classes. You don’t have to do Rx all the time in class, but you would like to. Then the program is perfect for you!
What to expect?
Once you’ve purchased the program you will download our app build by FITR through the appstore. Once you’ve downloaded this and signed in your program will be immediately ready for you. You just jump in from the day you sign up, and can keep doing this for as long as you want. From here on out it’s just following the workouts and strength work and you will be flying.
Gym requirements
Most standard Crossfit gyms will have all the equipment you need. You need at least a fan bike/ C2 row/ C2 ski, pull up rig, rings, squat rack, barbells + plates, dumbbells and bands.
What people are saying about us
– I Love being on the Crossfit Programming. The workouts are super varied and I feel like I’m really getting stronger! –
Christina
– The volume is great. A good balance op strength and cardio, but with optional accesory work I can just fit it in when I can. –
Tom
– This has been exactly what I need to work on my gymnastics and cardio! Looking forward to my first competition! –

Commonly asked questions
What if I miss a day?
How much time do I need for a session?
What should I do for a warm-up?
The main goal of a warm up is as the name gives away warming up to avoid injury and ensure maximized success and effectiveness of the workout. A warm up should be short focussed and straight to the point. Start with a few minutes of cardio to get the heart rate up.
Then practice the movement patterns that will be trained in the workout mainly the A series exercise. This will be the most taxing and important exercise on the training day. Warm up by performing a light and quick version of the A series.
Can I keep doing classes next to the programming?
We don’t recommend it. The program has carefully managed volume and the classes do not take into account what you did on our program the day before. That said, you can do the first 3 days of our program, take a rest day and then do a class or two on friday and saturday for example. Not ideal, but possible.
